2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We use your information to:
• create and manage your account
• provide the App and its features
• send you administrative messages (account confirmations, security alerts, policy updates)
• respond to your support requests
• monitor and improve the App
• detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• comply with legal obligations
We do not use your personal information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?
Our service providers
We share information with the third parties who help us operate the App:
• Platform infrastructure providers — host the App's infrastructure and process data on our behalf.
• SEO and marketing toolkit providers — integrated within the platform for clients who use those services.
• Cloud hosting and email delivery providers — used to send transactional messages and store data.
These service providers are contractually required to handle your information in line with this Privacy Notice and applicable law. A current list of our sub-processors is available on request by emailing [email protected].
Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, our company, or others.
Business transfers
If we sell, merge, or transfer all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with advertising networks. We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for any purpose other than providing the requested service.
4. HOW DO WE HANDLE TRACKING AND ANALYTICS?
The App is a mobile application and does not use browser cookies. However, we and our service providers use mobile analytics tools to understand how the App is used. These tools collect anonymized usage data such as which features are accessed and when errors occur. This data helps us improve the App.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral advertising technologies. If applicable laws require us to honor "Do Not Track" or similar signals, we will do so once a uniform standard exists.
5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to provide the Services. After your account is closed, we may retain information as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records, which are typically retained for up to seven years) or as needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements.
When we no longer need to retain your personal information, we delete or anonymize it.
6. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We rely on industry-standard security measures provided by our platform infrastructure partners, including encryption in transit, access controls, and routine backups. We require our service providers to maintain reasonable security practices.
No system is 100% secure. While we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never defeat our safeguards. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for accessing the App only from a trusted device and network.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you in line with applicable law.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN?
The App is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us at [email protected].
8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
You can:
Access or update your account information by logging into the App or contacting us.
Withdraw consent for processing where we rely on consent. This does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing based on other legal grounds.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link, or reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. We will still send service-related messages necessary for your account.
Close your account by contacting us. We will deactivate or delete your account and information from active databases, retaining only what is necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
